My Cup Of Chai!
How many of us believe to this statement?
Particularly all. But we also give philosophical statements like, ‘don’t mind to what others say’, ‘other’s work is to say’,’ don’t think what others think about you’. Then my question is why to impress someone on first place?
Okay, now that you already believe on the first statement of my post and may be you followed it, you probably have impressed somebody. How many days will you be able to behave in the same manner as your first impression? Not many, right? Because you tend to behave as you really are. You sometimes become conscious when you meet someone new or attractive. You may also fail while creating an image of yourself because you try to be someone who you really are not.
Doesn’t it happen with us? We think someone to be someone who he/she is actually not.
I asked my friend, what she thought about me on the first day we met, and what she thinks about me now? To this she was puzzled. She thought what kind of question is this? I said, ‘just answer’, she then replied and she was shocked to her answer that she does have answers to both the questions and both the answers actually differed.
So, my point is, don’t worry about first impression. Be as you are. So that people don’t have before-after results about you.
